So...excitingly, my gerber plant is blooming! This week it sprouted twin blooms and they are both yellow...the strange thing about this is that I've had this plant since last summer and the only color has been red!? The only thing I can come up with is that there were multiple plants in the pot when I bought it and the yellow never showed up until now? Bizarre but I'm happy for a little hope of spring!
